Refund & Warranty Policy

At Cross Timbers Roofing Co., we take pride in delivering high-quality roofing services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy outlines our refund terms and warranty coverage.

 

1. Deposits & Cancellations

  • A deposit may be required to schedule roofing work. Deposits cover materials and preparation costs and are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.

  • If a customer cancels a project before work begins, a partial refund may be considered, minus any costs incurred (e.g., materials, permits, labor scheduling).

  • Once work has started, no refunds will be issued as labor and materials have been allocated to the project.

 

2. Refund Policy

 

Refunds are generally not offered after services are rendered. However, if an issue arises due to an error on our part, we will work to resolve it through:

  • Repairs or adjustments to correct workmanship issues.

  • Manufacturer warranties for defective materials (handled by the manufacturer).

  • Service credits in some cases, at our discretion.

 

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction unrelated to workmanship.

  • Damage caused by external factors (e.g., storms, falling debris, lack of maintenance).

  • Changes requested after work has begun that are outside the original scope.

 

3. Workmanship Warranty

 

We stand by the quality of our work. Cross Timbers Roofing Co. offers a 1-year workmanship warranty on all new roof installations. This warranty covers:

  • Leaks or defects caused by improper installation.

  • Issues arising from workmanship errors, provided the roof was properly maintained.

 

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by severe weather (hail, wind, flooding, etc.).

  • Improper maintenance, structural changes, or third-party repairs.

  • Normal wear and tear over time.

4. Manufacturer Warranties

 

All roofing materials used by Cross Timbers Roofing Co. are backed by manufacturer warranties. If a material defect occurs, customers must file a claim directly with the manufacturer. We are happy to assist with the claims process if needed.
